A MILLION GOOD REASONS
ADVERTISING

Advertiser Terms

Prototype terms — last updated 24 August 2026.

What you are buying

A booking purchases advertising space on the relevant A Million Good Reasons Canvas for the stated campaign period and package. The space may be presented as a logo tile, standard block or horizontal banner where the chosen package and available Canvas footprint permit.

Artwork and website links

You must have the right to use all logos, artwork, names, trade marks, text and URLs you submit. Existing business adverts may link to the advertiser's nominated website. You are responsible for keeping the destination lawful, safe and relevant. Prototype/sample businesses shown on the Canvas do not link to third-party sites; live advertisers may link to their nominated business website once approved.

Approval

We may resize, crop or make minor presentational adjustments to artwork so it displays properly within the purchased space. Material may be rejected or changes requested where content is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes third-party rights, creates a security risk or is unsuitable for the campaign.

Availability

Canvas positions are finite. A requested position is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Equivalent placement or layout may be offered if the requested footprint is unavailable.

Charity allocation

The intended model is that 50p from every £1 of qualifying advertising spend is allocated to the named charity partner for the relevant Canvas. The final payment mechanics, timing and any VAT treatment will be stated clearly before paid bookings are accepted.

Campaign changes and interruptions

Reasonable changes may be made to preserve site performance, security, accessibility or the integrity of the Canvas. Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically invalidate a booking, but material issues will be addressed fairly.

Cancellations and refunds

Final cancellation and refund rules will be published before checkout is enabled. No paid booking should be accepted until those rules are in place and clearly presented to the advertiser.

Business information

You are responsible for ensuring the business information you submit is accurate and for telling us about material changes needed during the campaign.
